TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Registration & Payment

Participants are required to provide accurate and complete personal information for booking and registration purposes.

A deposit of 50% of the total travel cost is required to secure the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 days prior to the scheduled departure date, unless otherwise agreed.

Any cancellation made by the participant, regardless of reason, will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Bookings without the required deposit may be automatically canceled without prior notice.

2. Trip Modification & Cancellation

In the event of trip cancellation due to government restrictions, harbor authority regulations, or unsafe weather conditions, a full refund (100%) of payments made will be issued. No additional compensation will be provided.

If the trip proceeds but itinerary changes occur due to weather, sea conditions, or safety considerations determined by the tour leader or captain, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

If the trip is canceled before departure due to technical issues, operational constraints, or vessel problems, participants are entitled to a full refund (100%) without further liability.

3. Rights & Obligations

Participants are entitled to receive services pertaining to the selected Trip Package.

Participants are responsible for their own safety, health, and personal belongings throughout the trip.

Participants must respect other guests and follow all instructions provided by guides or crew members.

Pusaka Timur Tour reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others, without any obligation for refund or compensation.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Pusaka Timur Tour acts as an organizer and is not liable for loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party services.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering accidents, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations.

5. Force Majeure

Pusaka Timur Tour shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

6. Agreement

By booking a trip with Pusaka Timur Tour, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
