All bookings are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable if the trip is canceled by Pusaka Timur Tour due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, or government restrictions.

4. What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are not safe, the trip may be rescheduled or fully refunded (100%), based on your preference.

5. Can I reschedule my trip?

Yes, rescheduling is possible depending on availability. Please contact our team as early as possible to arrange a new date.
